The car will be a prototype of a new generation minivan FR-V. The premiere of the new concept car from Honda called Skydeck took place at Tokyo Motor Show last week.
This Honda Skydeck concept car is a six-seater minivan with three rows of seats. The third row can be folded, thereby gaining additional space for luggage. Seats of the second row with the help of actuators move back and forth.
Although, Honda officials have stated that there are no plans for production, rumor has it the Skydeck previews the next generation FR-V MPV.

Honda Skydeck has unusual front panel, which is focused in front of the driver and gives more space for the front passenger. The first two rows of seats are located under a huge panoramic roof that adds visual space vehicle of the cabin. Separate topic of conversation is the car doors. The front ones are opened up in the style of Lamborghini, rear ones are shifted back.

Externally the car looks sporty and fast, thanks to the low landing. Unlike ordinary minivans, roof of Honda Skydeck smoothly moves into a small rear spoiler. Instead of rear mirrors the concept has received cameras, which are placed rather high.

Under the hood of the car there is a hybrid engine, but its characteristics have not been announced yet.
