Hennessey Performance Engineering officially announced the presentation of its brainchild Venom GT at the Geneva Motor Show in 2010.
The car is expected to come with a V8 engine, the maximum output of which is 1200 hp. This huge herd of horses is able to move the Venom GT from 0 to 100 km/h for 2.4 seconds and continue to do so madly rapid acceleration up to 440 km/hr. For acceleration to 200km/hr it takes a meager of 5.3 seconds, a mark of 300 km /hr Venom GT reaches for 8.9 seconds. Just consider these numbers! If you believe a loud statement of the manufacturer, Venom GT will easily bypass Bugatti Veyron, the maximum speed of which is 408km/hr.

To achieve these targets the company Hennessey tried to create a lightweight car. Hennessey Performance Engineering Company said that the weight of the car Venom GT will be more than 1088kg, and it is 771kg lighter for their direct competitor Veyron.
Venom GT has an aggressive design, thanks to the large air intakes lattices, which provide clamping force on the car at high speed. A powerful brake system with 14-inch ceramic brake discs and 6-piston slide is used to stop the car at high speed.

Full press release with detail about the vehicle will be issued by the company in March 2010, and the price of car will most likely be announced then.
